?My order has not arrived yet. Where is it?

Orders can be tracked using the “Track my Order” option once you are logged in. If your order is showing as “Processing” this means that it is being picked and packed at our warehouse. As soon as it leaves the warehouse it will show as “Dispatched”.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can use the “Hermes Parcel Manager Mobile App” to follow its progress.

Orders can be delivered anytime up until 8pm. If your order is still within this promise we recommend you wait until after the expected timeframe before contacting us.
