?How do I know my order has gone through?

Check your inbox for an order confirmation email and then emails on order progress. Also check My account or Track my order for UK deliveries.

?Can orders be changed or cancelled once bought online?

Unfortunately not. However, once you've received the order, if returned within 28 days with the receipt you will receive a full refund. In the UK, it's free to return whole orders.
