1. How can I track my order?
You can review the status of your order at any time by logging into the website, visiting the My Account section, selecting order history and clicking on the relevant View Order link. Please note that you can only track an order being delivered to a UK address.
2. How do I know my order has gone through?
If you receive a confirmation email your order has been processed successfully. If not, please go to the My Account section of the website and click on My Orders. If your order doesn't appear on the list you'll need to place it again.
3. Can I change or cancel an order once it's been processed?
Unfortunately not, so please make sure you review it carefully as you go through the checkout process. To obtain a refund you'll need to return the products to your nearest store within 28 days of receipt (if you're in the UK or Ireland) or return them free of charge via stores in the Collect+ network within 14 days of receipt. Find out more about Collect+. Items may also be returned by post to the address provided on the Returns page but New Look does not cover the cost of this.
