    Use our online Store Locator to find your local stores then refine the results by range to see which stock the ranges you are after. If you're looking for a particular item give the store a call to find out whether they have it.

  • How can I find out when a product will be in stock?

    Unfortunately we can’t provide any information on when more stock is arriving or at which store a specific product will be available but we update the website regularly so it's worth checking back to see if what you’re looking for is back in stock online or just call your local store.

  • How do I choose the right size garment?

  • How do I find out more about Wash Care instructions?

  • How do I redeem my gift card?

    You can use your gift card as full or part payment of any goods in New Look stores throughout the UK and here at newlook.com. Redeeming the value of the card is simple - just enter both the card and PIN numbers, which you'll find on the back of the gift card, wen you reach the payment page of checkout. If the value of your order is less than the value of the card your spend will be deducted and the remaining balance can be redeemed when you make your next purchase in store or online. If your order value exceeds the value of the card you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method such as debit/credit card or PayPal.

  • Where can I find details of my nearest New Look store?

    It couldn't be easier; find details of your nearest store with our handy Store Locator tool. Just tap in your postcode, hit the GO button and you're away.

  • Can I place an order online and pick it up from a New Look store?

    Yes, Click & Collect lets you buy online and have your items delivered to a UK store of your choice for free on orders over £20. Simply choose the Click & Collect delivery option during checkout and select the store that's most convenient for you. We estimate that your order will be ready for collection within 3 to 5 days and you'll receive an e mail to confirm this.

    UK Mainland Nominated Day Delivery Your order will be delivered on the day and at the time you choose and you'll receive an SMS message to let you know it's on its way. Delivery can be selected for up to seven valid delivery days in the future, from the next available delivery day. Orders placed before 5pm will be delivered the next day and orders placed after 5pm will be delivered the day after next. For orders placed on Saturday the first available delivery day is Monday and for orders placed on Sunday, a Monday delivery is available until 2pm. After 2pm the next available day for delivery is Tuesday. There are no deliveries on Sunday or bank holidays and orders placed on a bank holiday do not qualify for next day delivery e.g. an order placed any time on a bank holiday Monday will be delivered on Wednesday. Each day has the following time slots, except Saturday which has daytime deliveries only and Sunday which has no deliveries:

    UK Standard Delivery Your order will be delivered in 2-3 working days (7am-7pm.) *Although we can deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Island, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Inverness & Aberdeen, delivery to these locations may take longer.

    We make every effort to ensure that your products are delivered within the timescales we've set out above but unfortunately we can't guarantee that they won't be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our delivery partner. Under these circumstances, delivery charges will not normally be refunded.
