      Did you know you can register your Gift Card to protect against loss or theft.

    • How do I redeem my gift card?

      You can use your gift card as full or part payment of any goods in New Look stores throughout the UK and here at newlook.com. Redeeming the value of the card is simple - just enter both the card and PIN numbers, which you'll find on the back of the gift card, when you reach the payment page of checkout. If the value of your order is less than the value of the card your spend will be deducted and the remaining balance can be redeemed when you make your next purchase in store or online. If your order value exceeds the value of the card you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method such as debit/credit card or PayPal.

      • New Look Gift Card Terms & Conditions

        1. Activated New Look Gift Cards can be used as full or part payment of any goods at New Look stores throughout the UK and online at newlook.com

        2. New Look Gift Cards are not a credit, charge or cheque guarantee card and cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers

        3. Please retain a New Look Gift Card as the balance can be topped-up. The minimum amount required to top-up a New Look Gift Card is £1 and the maximum Gift Card limit is £250

        4. New Look Gift Cards remain active for 18 consecutive months after your last purchase, top-up or balance check. After this time, the Gift Card will expire and any remaining balance will be removed without notice

        5. Your New Look Gift Card balance may be checked in store, online at newlook.com or by phoning Customer Services on 0500 454 094

        6. To protect your Gift Card against loss, theft and damage, register your details online at newlook.com or telephone Customer Services on 0500 454 094

        7. Refunds will be issued in accordance with New Look’s standard policy

        8. New Look cannot accept responsibility for: (i) unauthorised use of New Look Gift Cards; or (ii) non-registered Gift Cards which are lost, stolen or damaged

        9. New Look Gift Cards are not for re-sale.

        10. New Look reserves the right to add or amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the card at any time. Customers will be notified in advance via instore displays and the New Look website
