      We currently offer FREE UK standard delivery on orders over £45

      UK Mainland Nominated Day Delivery- Select the day that works best for you!

      • Your order will be delivered on the day you choose and you'll receive an SMS message to let you know it's on its way.

      • Delivery can be selected for up to seven valid delivery days in the future, from the next available delivery day.

      • Orders placed before 6pm (Mon – Fri, 4pm Sun) will be delivered the next day and orders placed after 6pm (4pm Sun) will be delivered the day after next.

      • For orders placed on Saturday the first available delivery day is Monday and for orders placed on Sunday, a Monday delivery is available until 4pm. After 4pm the next available day for delivery is Tuesday.

      • There are no deliveries on Sunday or bank holidays and orders placed on a bank holiday do not qualify for next day delivery e.g. an order placed any time on a bank holiday Monday will be delivered on Wednesday.

      Please note that Nominated Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes:

      Aberdeen - AB, DD8-11

      BFPO - BFPO 001 - 999

      Channel Islands - GY1-99, JE1-99

      Inverness - IV1-54, AB37-56, PH19-35, KW1-14

      Isle of Man - IM1-99

      *UK Standard Delivery Your order will be delivered in 4-6 working days (7am-8pm.) Although we can deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Island, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Inverness & Aberdeen, delivery to these locations may take longer.

      We use a large network of couriers to deliver your goods from NewLook.com as we realise how important it is you receive them as you expected. Dependent on the size and weight of your parcel and the delivery option you chose we allocate the courier we believe will deliver your order to you in the quickest time.

    • Which countries do you deliver to?

      UK mainland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses.

      Please note - We do not deliver Branded Beauty & Fragrance to the Republic of Ireland or outside of the UK.

      • Do you deliver to work addresses?

        We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person.

      • If I can't find the item I'm looking for in store can I order it for delivery to my home?

        Yes, providing it's available. Ask a cashier who will arrange for it to be delivered.

      • Will I need to sign for the delivery and what happens if there's nobody in?

        If you choose our Express Delivery service the person who receives your parcel at the delivery address will be asked to sign for it. It doesn't matter whether or not it's you. If there's nobody home, the postman may leave a card asking you to collect your parcel or arrange a redelivery.

        There's no need to sign if you use our Standard Delivery service. Don't forget, you can enter delivery instructions at checkout so the postman knows what to do if there's nobody home - such as 'leave it in the shed' or 'drop it off next door at No.13.' If you know you're going to be out, simply ask for your order to be delivered to an alternative address when you checkout - for example a friend's house or your workplace. You can store several different delivery addresses in your Account to make things easier.

        Please note, we are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been placed.

      • What happens to delivery times on Bank Holidays?

        UK Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days, please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays detailed below:

        • 1st January - New Year's Day

        • 1st April - Easter Monday

        • 6th May - Early May Bank Holiday

        • 27th May - Spring Bank Holiday

        • 26th August - Summer Bank Holiday

        • 25th December - Christmas Day

        • 26th December - Boxing Day

      • How do I track my order?

        Log in to your Account, select Order History and click on the relevant 'View Order' link. If you've selected our standard delivery service you can also track the status of your delivery by clicking on the 'Track My Order' link on the home page.
