          • Orders will be fulfilled by DPD who will send you an email & SMS (if phone number is provided)

          • DPD will contact you with tracking and delivery updates, including a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery, and how to reschedule your delivery if you need to do so. Options include:

            • Select an alternative delivery date

            • Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour

            • Have the parcel left in a specified safe place

            • Collect the parcel from your local DPD collection point

          Evening Delivery

          • Available delivery dates will be shown at checkout once you have entered your postcode

          • Deliveries available to mainland UK only

          • £7.99 or FREE over £65

          • Orders will be delivered by UK Mail who will send you an SMS (if phone number is provided) confirming delivery date

          COLLECTION

          FREE Click & Collect Standard

          • Collection dates will be shown for each store at checkout

          • Option only available when you spend £19.99 and over

          • Orders will be held for 10 days in store for collection after which time they will be returned to our warehouse and you will be refunded

          • You will need your order number and ID when you collect your order

          • If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they will need your order number and their own ID

          To ensure you receive your order when you expect it we will sometimes change the delivery options we offer. Delivery options available to you will be made clear at checkout.

        • How does your delivery service work?

          We use a large network of couriers to deliver your goods from NewLook.com as we realise how important it is you receive them as you expected. Dependent on the size and weight of your parcel and the delivery option you chose we allocate the courier we believe will deliver your order to you in the quickest time.

        • Which countries do you deliver to?

          UK mainland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses.

          We also deliver to over 100 countries internationally. Please click the International Delivery tab for more details.

          Please note we do not deliver:

          - Beauty & Fragrance to the Republic of Ireland or outside of the UK.
          - Footwear to Australia. This includes all Womens, Mens and Teens shoes, boots, slippers etc.

            To provide an efficient service please ensure you have your order confirmation number to hand and details of the items you have ordered.

            Please note that during our Sale period deliveries may take longer.

          • Do you deliver to work addresses?

            We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person.

          • If I can't find the item I'm looking for in store can I order it for delivery to my home?

            Yes, providing it's available. Ask a cashier who will arrange for it to be delivered.

          • Will I need to sign for the delivery and what happens if there's nobody in?

            If you choose our Express Delivery service the person who receives your parcel at the delivery address will be asked to sign for it. It doesn't matter whether or not it's you. If there's nobody home, the postman may leave a card asking you to collect your parcel or arrange a redelivery.

            There's no need to sign if you use our Standard Delivery service. Don't forget, you can enter delivery instructions at checkout so the postman knows what to do if there's nobody home - such as 'leave it in the shed' or 'drop it off next door at No.13.' If you know you're going to be out, simply ask for your order to be delivered to an alternative address when you checkout - for example a friend's house or your workplace. You can store several different delivery addresses in your Account to make things easier.

            Please note, we are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been placed.

          • What happens to delivery times on Bank Holidays?

            UK Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days, please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays detailed below:

            • 1st January - New Year's Day

            • 18th April - Good Friday

            • 21st April - Easter Monday

            • 5th May - Early May Bank Holiday

            • 26th May - Spring Bank Holiday

            • 25th August - Summer Bank Holiday

            • 25th December - Christmas Day

            • 26th December - Boxing Day

          • How do I track my order?

            Log into your Account, select Order History and click on the relevant ‘View Order’ link. All delivery options are fully trackable for the UK. Click on the ‘Track My Order’ link on the homepage and input your tracking number to follow your parcels journey to you. The courier will provide you with an email and text message with delivery details.

            Unfortunately we do not currently offer tracking for International standard orders. Express Delivery for Ireland, France and Germany is fully trackable. Click on the ‘Track My Order’ link on the homepage and input your tracking number to follow your parcels journey to you. The courier will provide you with an email and text message with delivery details.
