Returns PolicyWe hope that you'll be delighted with everything you buy from us. However,if you're unhappy with your products for any reason, you can return them to us in accordance with this returns policy.
Stores outside the UK are unable to refund or exchange internet purchases, so customers outside of the UK can only return orders by post.
Returns to store (UK & Ireland only)
You can return products delivered to a UK address to any standalone New Look store (excluding our concessions in department stores and factory outlets) in the UK or Ireland for an exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase. Please ensure you bring the despatch note with you as proof of purchase.
We will refund the full price you paid for the products, in sterling, using the same method you used to pay for them. Refunds for products bought online using PayPal will be made by issuing New Look credit vouchers.
Returns by post (UK, Ireland and International customers)
Alternatively, you can return products by post to our fulfillment centre within 7 days of receipt for a refund only. Please ensure that the despatch note is returned with your products as proof of purchase.
From outside of the UK, address your parcel to:

You can take your parcel to your nearest Post Office for return.
We'll refund the full price you paid for the products, using the same method you used to pay for them, within 30 days of our receiving the products.
No exchanges can be made via the fulfillment centre (this is because we can't guarantee stock levels due to expected high turnover of styles).
If products are returned to our fulfillment centre, you should obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. This is particularly important if you are an overseas customer, where it may take longer for parcels to reach us. Any claims for lost items will not be accepted if proof of postage has not been obtained.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. When we say 'reasonable', we mean:
* You can open the packaging to look at and try on the products, as you would in our store.
* Please don't try on products wearing strong perfume, aftershave or a deodorant that may leave a scent or marks.
* Shoes mustn't be worn outside and no scuffing should appear on the sole.
* Hygiene strips mustn't be removed from items of lingerie and swimwear.
* Tags shouldn't be removed from any item.
* The original packaging should be retained.
* Pierced jewellery must not be worn.
If you don't take reasonable care of the products before returning them to us, you may have to compensate us.
Unfortunately we can't stop an order once it's been confirmed by us. If you change your mind about your order after this point, you can return the products in accordance with this returns policy.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective products.
