Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our site. When placing an order, you will be invited to agree to these terms and conditions by ticking the box marked "I agree to the terms and conditions". If you don't accept the terms and conditions by ticking this box, you will not be able to order any Products from our site.

      • Tracking your order

        You can review the status of your order at any time by logging into the Track my order section of our site and clicking on the relevant 'View Order' link.
        At present we are unable to offer order tracking for non-UK deliveries. If you have trouble finding out the status of your order or tracking its progress(for UK deliveries), please contact our Customer Services team you can find out how to do this in our Contact Us section.

        www.newlook.com is a site operated by New Look Retailers Limited (we, our, us). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 1618428. Our registered office is at New Look House, Mercery Road, Weymouth, Dorset DT3 5HJ. This is the address at which we will accept legal service of documents. Our Value Added Tax number is GB 429214460

      • Ordering products

        After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have safely received it. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will send you a second email to confirm acceptance and dispatch of your order. The contract between us (Contract) will only be made when we send you this email to confirm acceptance and dispatch. Only those products listed in the email as being dispatched will be included in the Contract.

      • Availability

        All items are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if all the products in your order are not available and we will cancel your order. If only some of the products in your order are available this will be explained in your acceptance and dispatch email. If you pay by credit, debit or store card we will not charge you for products which are not available. If you pay using PayPal or a New Look gift card any payment made for products which are not available will be credited back to your PayPal account or New Look gift card (as applicable).

      • Ordering errors

        You are able to make changes to your order up to the point at which you click on the ?submit order? button on the Payment & Confirm section of the checkout process.

      • Prices

        Please be aware that the prices displayed on our site include Value Added Tax but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. The applicable delivery costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
        Due to the large number of products on our site, it is always possible that some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced, despite our best efforts. If we discover there is a pricing error, we will normally, at our discretion, either: (i) contact you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it; or (ii) reject your order and notify you of the rejection.

      • Payment

        We accept payment with the following credit or debit cards: Visa credit and debit cards, MasterCard credit and debit cards, American Express credit and Charge Cards, Switch/Maestro debit cards, Visa Electron cards.
        We also accept payment by New Look store card, New Look gift cards and PayPal. Please note that if you wish to pay for your products using PayPal, and you do not already have an existing PayPal account, you will be required to set up a new account with PayPal directly. Presently, we do not accept cash, cheques or gift vouchers as payment online. By submitting an order to us through our site, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. All transactions will be in pounds sterling. Non-UK credit card providers and banks will determine the exchange rates to be applied and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payments which non-UK card holders will be liable to pay. We will not charge your credit, debit or store card until we dispatch your order. Any order placed using PayPal or a New Look gift card will be charged at the time your order is submitted. If we reject or cancel your order for any reason this charge will be credited back to your PayPal account or New Look gift card (as applicable). Please keep your New Look gift card safe. We will only refund to the same New Look gift card you used for payment.

      • Offers, Promotions and Vouchers

        Get £15 off when you spend £60 on full price items only, offer ends Monday 13th September 2010. Offers exclude Giles, Limited Edition, Boutique Brands, IDOL collections, plus permanently reduced items. This discount cannot be used to purchase New Look Gift Vouchers or Gift Cards or use towards payment of any outstanding balance on a New Look Store Card. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or voucher and only one code will be accepted against each order. New Look reserve the right the right to refuse any voucher that they deem invalid or fraudulent or expired vouchers will not be accepted. This offer may be withdrawn at any time at New Look?s discretion. The return value of item(s) purchased using any offer, promotion or voucher shall be the applicable return value under New Look?s return policy less the percentage discount obtained. Your statuary rights as a consumer are not affected.

      • Student Discount 10% Off In Store and Online

        1. Students are entitled to a 10% discount in all New Look stores across the UK and R.O.I.

        2. NUS Extra cardholders receive a 10% discount when they register their card number and make purchases at newlook.com.

        3. The 10% discount applies to each transaction of full price and promotional items. Offer excludes: Giles, Limited Edition and IDOL collections and sale items.

        4. To qualify for the in store student discount, a current student card must be shown at the time of purchase. A valid student card clearly identifies the holder as being a student aged 16+ in further or higher education. If the card has a photo it must match the customer and the date must not have expired. To qualify for the online student discount, a valid NUS Extra number must be registered at newlook.com before purchase.

        5. Valid Student ID for in store discount includes: NUS, NUS Extra and ISIC cards, cards issued by Student Discounts (including the Natwest Student 16-25 Railcard) and ID from any Further or Higher Educational Institution.

        6. The discount cannot be used to purchase New Look Gift Vouchers, New Look Gift Cards or E-Top Up vouchers.

        7. The discount cannot be used towards payment of any outstanding balance on a New Look store card.

        8. The student discount cannot be used in conjunction with any press or magazine discount or online voucher codes excluding delivery voucher codes which will be applied in addition to the student discount when shopping on newlook.com. Customers cannot redeem New Look Store Card coupon offers in conjunction with their student discount but may pay by New Look Store Card and receive student discount. Customers can pay by Fashion Rewards vouchers and receive student discount online.

        9. New Look reserve the right to refuse any ID that they deem invalid or fraudulent. Photocopied, defaced or expired student cards will not be accepted.

        10. This offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time at New Look's discretion.

        11. The return value of the item(s) purchased using this discount shall be the applicable return value under New Look's return policy, less the percentage discount given.

        12. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

      • Prize Draws and Competitions

        This free prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 16 or over except for employees of the New Look Group, their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion. To enter you must register with us online at www.newlook.com. Emailed confirmation of registration will ensure automatic entry into the monthly prize draw. Should the registration be cancelled any time during the stated promotional period, the entry will be removed from the prize draw. No purchase is necessary to enter and only one entry per person is permitted. Third party registrations will not be accepted. The draw will be made monthly during the last working week of each month. There is one monthly prize of £100 New Look Gift Card to be won. There are no alternatives offered for this prize. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. The winner will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received and will be notified by email within 7 days of the actual draw date.       • Multi-buy Promotions

        Multi-buy promotions apply to those items specifically listed, which are subject to change and availability. Prices exclude postage and packing. If you do not purchase enough items to qualify for the discount; the items will be charged at their normal price (for example, if the multi-buy promotion is ?buy 3 x [£5] t-shirts for £12? and you purchase 2 t-shirts; you will be charged £10).

      • Delivery

        Although we can deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Island, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses, delivery to these locations may take a little longer.
        Similarly, US customers in Hawaii and Alaska may find it takes longer for your delivery to arrive, although every effort will be made to ensure your order is delivered within the stated times.
        When you have chosen the products you want to buy from us, the delivery address will default automatically to the billing address you have entered for your payment card. If you want us to deliver your order to a different address, you can choose this option as you go through the checkout process.

        Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your products are delivered within the set timescales, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that they will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our delivery partner. Under these circumstances, delivery charges will not normally be refunded.

      • Deliveries outside of the UK

        Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for non-UK deliveries, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside of the UK. We reserve the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to destinations outside of the UK.
        Please note that many countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. The products you order for delivery to destinations outside the UK may be subject to duties or taxes upon importation. These duties or taxes are levied once the product reaches the country of destination. You are responsible for determining whether there is any restriction on delivery of our products to your selected destination. You are also responsible for any duties, taxes or additional costs levied on your product at the time of importation, and for paying those costs. We recommend you contact your local customs authority or post office (where applicable) to learn more about customs restrictions and possible costs prior to placing an order.

      • Returns policy

        We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you are unhappy with your products for any reason, you can return them to us in accordance with this returns policy.
        New Look stores in Republic of Ireland, France, Belgium and the Netherlands are unable to refund or exchange internet purchases, so customers outside of the UK can only return orders by post.

      • Returns to store - UK and Ireland only

        You can return any products delivered to any UK address to any New Look UK store for an exchange or refund within 28 days after you receive the products. Please ensure you bring your payment card and the dispatch note with you as proof of purchase. We will refund the full price you paid for the products, in pounds sterling, using the same method you used to pay for them. If you use PayPal we are only able to refund you in store by issuing New Look credit vouchers. If you wish your refund to be credited back to your PayPal account you will need to return the products to us by post in accordance with the provisions below.

      • Returns by post

        You must return any products by post within 14 days of the date the products are delivered to you. The products are your responsibility until they reach our fulfilment centre.
        If you are returning products from outside the UK or Republic of Ireland you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us by post. A free post returns option is available for UK and Republic of Ireland deliveries. Please see the dispatch note enclosed with your products. If products are returned by post, you should obtain proof of postage from the postal service you use. We recommend that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the products you are returning. We will refund the full price you paid for the products, using the same method you used to pay for them. No exchanges can be made via the fulfilment centre (this is because we cannot guarantee stock levels due to expected high turnover of styles).

      • Return items at your local Collect+ store FREE

        Collect+ is a free and convenient way to return parcels to New Look at 3500 local neighbourhood stores that are open long hours, including evenings and weekends, so you can drop off your parcel at a time to suit you.

        Collect+ services are securely delivered by PayPoint and Home Delivery Network and you will receive proof of postage, insurance and an online tracking code, so that you can follow your parcel's progress back to us.

        Using Collect+ is easy, just follow these simple steps:

        1. Go to www.collectplus.co.uk/newlook to find your local store
        2. Follow the instructions to print off a returns label
        3. Securely attach the label to your parcel
        4. Drop off your parcel at ANY Collect+ store
        5. Track your parcel at www.collectplus.co.uk

      • Cancellation Rights

        You also have a right to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you wish to cancel you must tell us in writing, by telephone, fax or via the Contact Us page within 7 working days from the day after the date on which the products are delivered. You should keep evidence of having given your cancellation notice, such as a certificate of posting. You must return the products to us in accordance with these Terms of Sale.

      • Reasonable care

        If you want to return or exchange your products, you must take reasonable care of them and they should be returned to us in their original condition, which means that:

        • You can open the packaging to look at and try on the products as you would in our store.
        • You mustn't try on the products wearing strong perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave scent or marks on the products.
        • Shoes mustn't be worn outside and no scuffing should appear on the sole.
        • Hygiene strips must not be removed from from any items (for example swimwear).
        • Tags should not be removed from any item.
        • The original packaging should be retained and returned.
        If you fail to take reasonable care of the products before returning them to us, you may have to compensate us. For health and hygiene reasons all briefs and pierced jewellery are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective products.
      • Risk and title

        The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you at the time of delivery or (if later) when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.

      • Your information

        We will process personal information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

      • Product colours

        We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on our site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
        This does not affect your statutory rights.

      • Events outside our control

        We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control including Acts of God, fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute (whether or not involving New Look. employees), or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities. This does not affect your statutory rights.

      • Entire agreement

        These terms and conditions and other notices elsewhere on our website contain the whole agreement between us and you relating to the supply of products. No other terms or conditions will form part of the Contract, unless agreed by us in writing and signed by an authorised New Look employee.

      • Our Right To Vary These Terms And Conditions

        We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us.

      • Law And Jurisdiction

        This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of use of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English and no public filing requirements apply.         In September 2010 we made the way we handle your passwords even more secure. After this date if you have forgotten your password, want to create a new account or want to update an existing password it now has to be at least 7 characters and contain a mix of letters and numbers. Passwords created before this date will continue to work as normal.
