Some of our delivery and collection options may not be available during busy periods, but we’ll always let you know your available options at checkout.

Collection

Yes. There’s a link to Track My Order at the top of every page, or you can find it under Order History in My Account.

When your package has arrived at your chosen collection point, you’ll receive an email to let you know it’s ready. 

 Your order will be held at the collection point for 10 days.

If you don’t collect your parcel within 10 days after it arrives at your chosen collection point, it will be returned to our warehouse. Once it arrives back with us, we’ll issue a refund to you.

Opening times will vary depending on the collection point you choose. We’ll let you know all the details – including opening times and address – at checkout. The collection point will also give you all these details when they notify you that your parcel is ready for you to collect.

You will need to take ID with you which matches the name on the order. You’ll also need to take your collection email or text. 

Orders for collection must be picked up by the person who placed the order.

But don’t worry, if you can’t get to your collection point in time, just contact our friendly customer services team and they’ll be happy to help you.
 

You can’t change any of your collection options or details for an order you’ve already made. This includes changing your preferred collection point, or choosing to use our delivery service instead.
