Yes, you have a 30 minutes window to cancel your order. The quickest way to contact us to do this is via CHAT on the contact us page.
*After this time, it will not be possible to cancel your order; however, you can still return the order to us as per the returns policy.
You can’t change your delivery address once an order has been made. That’s why we advise you to regularly make sure that all your address details are up-to-date.
If you change your delivery address in My Account after you’ve made an order, your new address won’t apply until your next order

Before placing your order, always check that your addresses and saved payment cards are correct in ‘My Account’

Yes. To claim a Defence Force Discount you will need to first register with the Defence Discount Service via their website www.defencediscountservice.co.uk

Enter your 16 digit gift card number and your Pin at the checkout page. You can find your pin on the back of your gift card.

If an item is out of stock we will not charge you for this.

Yes. Gift cards & e-gift cards are valid for 24 months from the last spend on it. If you don’t use it within 24 months, any remaining balance will be cancelled.
Yes. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from issue. If you don’t use it within 12 months, any remaining balance will be cancelled.
