Remember! It’s a busy time of year and to ensure your order arrives when you expect, we may make changes to delivery options during these periods. The options that are available will be made clear during checkout.
If you’ve chosen Express Delivery, you can track your order at every stage of the way – right from our warehouse to your door.
If you’ve chosen Standard Delivery, you can track your order whilst it’s with us – so you can see if we have processed it, or when we’ve shipped it. Depending on which country you’ve chosen for delivery, your order may be fully trackable – in which case a tracking number will be provided when the order is dispatched.

If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, contact us and we’ll see what’s going on.
Have your order confirmation number and item details handy when you call.
If you’ve ordered during one of our sales it gets pretty busy, so your delivery might take a little longer to get to you.
For Standard Delivery
No signature is needed for Standard Delivery.
If you think you might not be in when your order is delivered, you’ve got two choices:
- You can choose beforehand to have your order delivered to another address
- You can ask the delivery driver to leave it somewhere safe if you’re not there
To change your delivery address, simply enter the new address before you complete checkout – such as your work address, or a friend’s house.
To leave delivery instructions in case you’re not in, just complete the optional ‘Add delivery instructions’ box in the Delivery Options section at checkout. You can say things like ‘leave it in the shed’ or ‘leave it with my neighbour at number 12’.
To make things easy, you can store several different delivery addresses in My Account. Just make sure you select the right one when you’re checking out.
For Express Delivery
A signature is needed for Express Delivery. This can be done by anyone at your delivery address – it doesn’t have to be you.
If there’s nobody in, the courier may leave a card asking you to collect your parcel or re-arrange a delivery.
Yes. Just make sure that there’s someone there who can accept the delivery for you – the couriers deliver to the address and not to the person.
You can’t change your delivery address for an order you’ve already made. That’s why we advise you to regularly make sure that all your address details are up-to-date.
If you change your delivery address in My Account after you’ve made an order, your new address won’t apply until your next order.
Please note we don’t deliver:
- Homeware, Beauty and Fragrance outside the UK
- Footwear to Australia (this includes all Women’s, Men’s and Teen’s shoes, boots, slippers etc)
Your delivery times are given in working days (Mon-Fri). Public holidays aren’t counted as working days, so you’ll need to add an extra day to your estimated delivery times.
Your order is sent from the UK, so this means that UK national holidays (known as ‘bank holidays’) will also affect your delivery time by an extra day. You can find a list of UK bank holidays on the UK government’s website.
We don’t offer this service at the moment. If you want your order to be delivered to you as fast as possible, try our Express Delivery service.
It’s easy to change your delivery country. For all countries (except the UK), simply click the flag icon in the top of any page (or in the main menu on smaller screens). Alternatively, you can change your delivery country from your shopping bag or at checkout.
If you want your order to be delivered to the UK, you’ll need to sign in and order through our UK site instead. Unfortunately, your shopping bag won’t be carried over, so you’ll need to put your items in again. We’re working on making it possible in future though.
For BFPO Deliveries, please select UK as your Delivery Country and manually enter the address.
