?Why haven’t I received my order confirmation email?

?Why have I been sent an email about my order when I’ve already received it?

There’s been a delay with order status update emails but we’re all caught up now. If you receive an email from us about an order that you’ve already received, there’s no need to contact us, please ignore these emails.
