Who's Wearing What

We Love Kate Middleton's Shoe Style

by Chloe Wilshere, Content Creator

The Duchess of Cambridge has been a style icon ever since she was married into the Royal Family. And if there’s anything we’ve learnt over the years it’s that her impeccable taste extends to her footwear. And just last week, we were the first high street retailer for Kate to wear on her feet.

So in dedication to Kate wearing our nude suedette courts we have rounded up Kate’s favourite and iconic shoe styles and how to get her style for less.

1. Nude Shoes

If there’s anything we’ve noticed over the years of watching Kate’s style, it’s that she loves a nude heel. And we can’t blame her loving them; they are a simple and timeless style that goes with almost everything. Unfortunately, our nude suedette courts that Kate wore during her trip to Pakistan last week are now out of stock, but we have plenty of other nude options and will be restocking the nude suedette courts soon! Stay tuned.

2. Court Shoes

The court is a key piece in Kate’s signature style. From low to high, stiletto to block heel Kate opts for various styles of the court, which gives every outfit that extra bit of sophistication. We promise that stepping out in a court will have you walking like a royal.

3. Flats

As much as she loves a heel, The Duchess is very fond of flats. She attends many casual appearances in flats, which range from loafers to delicate points.

4. Boots

During the colder months, Kate loves a good pair of boots as much as any of us. She has been spotted wearing an array of boot styles from lace-up hikers to heeled lace-up boots. But a clear favourite and on-trend this A/W is the knee-high boot. Kate proves that knee-high boots can be both practical and fashionable. Wearing her flats for walks in the country and heeled options for public appearances.

5. Trainers

Just like many of us, Kate is a creature of comfort, even a Royal needs to dress down sometimes. Kate loves a timeless classic trainer, and particularly this year she has been seen sporting the tennis trainer trend. You can’t go wrong with a classic flat white trainer, Kate has proved these go with all kinds of outfits and are perfect for every time of year.

6. Glitter Shoes

Party heels at the ready, even the Duchess can’t say no to a bit of glitter. And we have some great glitter heels at the ready so you can glisten like Kate at your Christmas parties.
