Yes, you have a 30 minutes window to cancel your order.   The quickest way to contact us to do this is via CHAT on the contact us page.

*After this time, it will not be possible to cancel your order; however, you can still return the order to us as per the returns policy.

You can’t change your delivery address once an order has been made.  That’s why we advise you to regularly make sure that all your address details are up-to-date.

If you change your delivery address in My Account after you’ve made an order, your new address won’t apply until your next order

Before placing your order, always check that your addresses and saved payment cards are correct in ‘My Account

From here, you can manage and update all of your personal information.
To update your delivery address, go to ‘My Account’ and select ‘My Addresses’.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

New Look cannot take responsibility for orders placed to the incorrect address.
  • Make sure there is no space at the end or beginning of the promo code on the Enter Promo Code box.


  • Do not Copy and Paste: Always type the promo code manually.
  • Do not use promo code on sale items: Promo codes are only valid on full-priced items
    • Do not use promo codes on concession/branded items: Promo codes are only valid on full-priced New Look items, branded ranges Cameo Rose, Apricot, AX Paris, QED, JDY, Parisian, Blue Vanilla, Mela and Lulua are excluded from promotional discounts.
  • Single Use Coupon Codes: Some offers, such as ‘10% off’ can only be used once. It may be that this promo code has already been used.

All major credit and debit cards including; Switch/Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express, as well as PayPal, the New Look store card and New Look gift cards.

We work with Visa and MasterCard to make shopping online with a credit/debit card even safer and to help protect your card against unauthorised use - just like Chip and PIN does.

If your bank or card issuer is already part of this scheme, chances are you will have already seen the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode page when shopping online. It helps stop unauthorised purchases and means you can shop online with added security and peace of mind.

When you reach the checkout at , you can register for Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode. Just sign up using the on-screen prompts, create a password, and continue shopping.

You only have to sign up once and can then use your password for any future online purchases. Alternatively, you can contact your bank directly for more information.

Enter your 16 digit gift card number and your PIN at the checkout page.  You can find your PIN on the back of your gift card.

You can purchase an e-gift card on our online portal.

You can use an e-gift card as payment or part-payment at any New Look store in the UK or online.

Your Bank will hold your funds until we charge your credit, debit or store card once we dispatch your order.

If an item is out of stock we will not charge you for this. 

Any order placed using PayPal, a New Look gift card or New Look eGift card will be charged at the time your order is submitted.

If your payment has been declined, please check the following

Are your card details correct including security code and expiry date?

Has the card you are trying to pay with expired? 

Does your address match the details held by your card provider? 

Have you checked your card has sufficient funds?

The length and attachment of the draw cords at the hood of these jackets do not meet New Look standards or Children’s Safety requirements.

New Look take children’s safety very seriously, whilst the associated risk for this product remains low, as a precaution we have withdrawn the product from sale.

Please note the similar Womenswear jacket version is not affected

If you have this product, please return it to any New Look Store where our staff will gladly give you a full refund.  Alternatively if you are unable to visit one our stores please return the item to the following address, including your full details and once received a cheque will be issued.
