Terms and Conditions
1. This prize draw is for the chance for five individuals to each win a copy of Princess in Practice signed by Connie Glynn (Noodlerella).
2. This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 13 or over except employees of New Look Retailers Ltd, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw. Children should have their parent’s permission to enter this prize draw.
3. To be entered into this prize draw all you have to do is like the Connie Glynn competition post on the New Look Facebook page and comment with a Princess emoji (@NewLook).
4. This prize draw is open from 00:00 GMT on Tuesday 23rd October to 00:00 GMT on Tuesday 30th October 2018 (“Closing Date”).
5. Entrants are limited to one entry.
6. Entrants must enter this prize draw themselves and not on behalf of anyone else. Joint submissions are not permitted.
7. The winners will be selected at random and announced on Wednesday 31st October 2018 via Facebook.
8. The winners will be notified with a reply to their comment asking for them to send a direct message for further information on how to claim their prize.
9. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified then New Look reserves the right to select another winner at random.
10. If New Look believes that an entry contravenes these terms and conditions, New Look reserves all rights to reject the entry at its discretion.
11. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, New Look assumes no liability for any claim, loss or damage arising (whether directly or indirectly). New Look accepts no responsibility for any failed or lost entries.
12. There is no cash alternative to the prize and it is non-transferable and non-refundable.
13. New Look reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of an equivalent value should the need arise.
14. This prize draw may be amended or withdrawn at any time at New Look’s discretion.
15. To obtain details of the winners please email uk.events@newlook.com, stating the name of the prize draw in the subject heading, up to 4 weeks after the Closing Date.
16. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the prize draw and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent. By entering the prize draw, the winner gives consent for their name, contact number and email address to be passed to a third party provider for fulfilment of the prize, where necessary. Lego DC Super Villains Game Prize Draw
Terms and Conditions
1. The Prize Draw is for the chance for one individual to win the Lego DC Super Villains game for the PS4 along with one PS4 Pro, two PS4 controllers and a 43” Smart TV (the “Prize”).
2. A runner up prize, being the Lego DC Super Villas game (the “Runner-Up Prize”), will also be provided to five other individuals.
3. The Prize Draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over.
4. The Prize Draw is not open to employees or agencies of the New Look Group, their families or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
5. To enter the Prize Draw please fill out your details in the form on https://www.newlook.com/DCSuperVillains between 00:00 GMT on Friday 12 October 2018 and 23:59 GMT on Friday 2 November 2018 (“Closing Date”), (the “Prize Draw Period”).
6. Whilst you may enter as many times as you wish, only one winner will win the Prize and only five winners will win the Runner-Up Prize.
7. Entrants must enter the Prize Draw themselves and not on the behalf of anyone else. Joint submissions are not permitted.
8. The winners of the Prize and the Runner-Up Prize (the ‘Winners’) will be selected at random by the Promoter from all entries during the Prize Draw Period. The Winners shall be notified on Monday 5 November 2018 by email. The email will request the full address of the Winners to ensure the Prize and the Runner-Up Prize can be sent to the Winners. If the Winners do not respond within 5 days with their full address, the Promoter reserves the right to select alternative Winners at random.
9. By entering the Prize Draw all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
10. If the Promoter believes that an entry contravenes these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves all rights to reject the entry at its discretion.
11. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage or disappointment which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Prize Draw or accepting the Prize or the Runner-Up Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any failed or lost entries.
