At New Look, we talk about being Kind a lot; it’s our commitment to being a force for good within the fashion industry and treating people and our planet with kindness.

We’re proud that over half of our products are already made with more responsible and more sustainable materials, but we aren’t stopping there. We’re always working harder to source and innovate kinder fabrics for the products you love. Because kindness never goes out of style.

Recycled polyester is made from recycled plastic that’s sourced from drinks bottles, plastic bags and other plastic containers. This plastic is cleaned, melted down and turned into a polyester yarn which can then be used within our textiles. By using these waste items, we are reducing our impact on the planet as we’re decreasing the amount of virgin plastic we need and the waste going to landfill or incineration.

Organic cotton is grown using processes and resources that have a lower impact on the environment. Organic cotton doesn’t use any fertilisers or chemical pesticides and contains no genetically modified organisms (GMOs) which can be harmful to soil, water and human health. It also uses significantly less water compared to conventional cotton

New Look partner with Better Cotton to improve cotton farming globally. Better Cotton’s mission is to help cotton communities survive and thrive, while protecting and restoring the environment.
