We’re proud to champion inclusivity – in fact, we have done from the very beginning as one of the first high-street brands to offer Curves, Petite and Tall ranges (and we threw a Maternity one into the mix!)
We believe our fashion is for EVERYONE, so we aim to represent all skin tones and sizes and our core collection is available up to size 22 both in store and online.
We promise to continue developing and expanding these ranges, so you can always find styles that feel like they were made just for you. And that’s not all…
Our PLEDGES.

We’re on a journey and there’s lots for us to do.
So far, we’ve appointed a Director Sponsor for EDI and recruited a Head of People Experience and Inclusion – they've developed our strategic roadmap by utilising diversity data from our teams and customers, and involving colleagues from across the business.
Our online hub for internal learning, sharing and growth continues to develop, and our self-serve wellbeing hub has been upgraded with content and usage significantly increasing.
We've signed up to Business in the Community's Race at Work Charter, so all team members can feel empowered, equal and fully themselves without restriction or judgement. We are also fully signed up to the British Retail Consortium D&I Charter, and partner with DiR/ WiHTL., Includability, The Retail Trust, The Princes Trust, and Your D+I
On top of that, over the past few years our retail and warehouse employability programmes have supported almost 300 young people across the UK by helping them back into work.
In celebration of Pride and LGBTQIA+ people everywhere, we shot a National Coming Out Day video where five #NewLookers shared their coming out stories. From anecdotes about telling loved ones and how it’s positively impacted their lives to advice for anyone nervous to come out themselves, the video was shared internally and externally – watch it here.
LGBT foundation has hosted internal talks for our team members, with some attending further development sessions, and we're working with them closely on developing more resources and training.
